On multiple occasions the entire Coke and Pepsi 2L section has been completely empty for no reason. There is not a Coke or Pepsi shortage. I asked one of the foreign workers what was going on but she didn't understand and wasn't able to help. Really annoying place to shop especially with long lines at the self check outs. I was not able to buy what I needed today.

Ordered groceries online and many items missing and eggs broken. The delivery driver had specific instructions of which he didn’t follow. When asked about the missing items he said it wasn’t his responsibility and that we should contact the store. I called Customer Service centre and the CR was not empathetic and said all they could do was give a refund. They wouldn’t even redeliver the missing items. I asked for the delivery fee refund as compensation, and she said no, that the refund was all they could do. I was unable to shop in person but had to resort to online shopping. This was such an inconvenience. Not a good experience and Walmart should be compensating for their employees error. Won’t shop there again!!!

Lady at the customer service acknowledged it was possible to search up a missing receipt, only to admit she didn't know how so she wouldn't. She called a manager for assistance and the manager informed her "if I have to do my job for you, I'll have to do it for everyone." And also refused to help me. I returned after digging the receipt out from the trash when the young lady informed me that if I ever lose a receipt they would look it up no issue..... what a joke

Toy section needs a manager to restock and organize .
The young greeter at the front is the real reason to go here.....what a great kid!!!
The rest of the staff has issues making eye contact with you, but he is a ninja!

Very poor customer service, I don't want mention the name of employee, I was treated in as I am stealing stuff. I am was with my kids and paying for groceries on cash counter, suddenly a lady come start my asking question. I was feeling so ambressing when you are with you and there is line behind you.
I am requesting to manager please train your staff ask right question which don't hurt customers.

When checking out, I was told I'm not allowed to use the hand scanner for checkout I have this scan by hand. He reason was it runs out of battery, while I showed the woman that it is constantly charging. When she realised that she was wrong she said I just have to. Bad customer service...

They are awful to deal in customer service. They don't care about the customer, they just care for making money instead of making the customer satisfied service. They would not take the item I bought back when I had the recite and the tags still on. I don't recommend walmart on the north side
