The people that work on the Branch are qbsolutely amazing. I can't say enough good about them.My issue is when I'm trying to reach the branch. Today we had a snow storm, I needed to know if the branch was open but I kept getting transfered to the call center. What should of been a 30 second phone call was almost 10 minutes. REDICULOUS!!!! I Hate call centres and I resent being forced to deal with one for a bit of information.

Voicemail hell! Just trying to speak with someone at the Grand Falls branch with regards to a cheque sent that they haven't cashed. I keep getting transferred to the National line and the wait time is ridiculous. If this is the best service they can offer I think I'll take my LIRA and RRSPs elsewhere.

The ladies that work at MY Scotia Bank are amazing. They all know me by name and always greet me with a smile and a "Hi Holly!". They go above and beyond. And I'm so happy We chose Scotia Bank in Grand Falls, NB!
