The worst customer service...I placed an online order for a sale item and a few days later received an email saying my order had been cancelled and to call customer service. I called, but the representative couldn’t find out why it had been cancelled. He suggested it might have been because of my email address, the shipping address or some other unknown reason, and suggested I simply re-order. When I pointed out the item was no longer on sale, expecting to get a discount code, I was told he could do nothing about the price at that time, but if I called back after ordering he ‘might’ be able to do something. He then offered to speak to a supervisor to try to get approval for the sale price - the supervisor refused. How does this make any sense? I will never order from The Source again.(I should clarify that I had no issues with Malcolm, the support rep I dealt with - he appeared to have done everything he could)
