Absolute worst hours of any bank ever! 10-4 and 10-5 on Fridays?? So a regular full-time working person can never make it in? Seriously? Can ya not open for even a few hours on a Sat or at least have 1 late night? 6 - 7 hour shifts come on Scotia do better!!

I tried calling the Hampton branch and kept getting sent to the call center. I was calling during regular business hours and tried every option on the automated machine and got sent to the contact center every time. It's impossible to talk to someone at the branch if you don't have a direct line.
