When our local branch closed we were told customer service would be the same at any Scotiabank. This has not been our experience. We miss our helpful and friendly folks at the Chipman Bank.

They are almost never open,the machines are old and don't work well,it's horrible trying to get anything done with this bank....no good things to say!!
