  I had a awful experience with Big Wheels. Started off well with John regarding a Toyota Camry I was interested in and once I made up my mind on it, I was told to send in a certified cheque which I did. The Cheque was sent via Xpressmail and I even notified Big Wheels that the cheque has been mailed. I was shocked to see the Vehicle being sold before my cheque arrived in the mail and When I called, the response I got was "Sorry but this is business, someone showed up with the money and I sold, but i'd send your cheque back when it arrives". The Cheque got in the next day and I had to make several calls to confirm receipt of the cheque and details of where to send it back to. I am now out of my money until the cheque arrives and yes, Big Wheels couldn't even return the certified cheque via registered mail just for some extra caution. How do you send a cheque of over 10 grand via regular mail and make me feel like you value me as a customer? Very Disappointed

  My Nissan Titan 2012, 2011 Mitsubishi rvr I got my two vehicles from there. You talk to one used dealer you seen them all. But they're helpful will try to sell you cuz they want to make their money.

  I would like to inform everyone that deals with Johnny Underhill at big wheels knows before hand how his down payment deal works. I went into his lot on a Friday about 5-6pm. I was looking at trucks at the time. He was very happy to see a customer at the end of his week. He said here take the key and go for a ride. So I did, short ride. When I got back he had all the paper work done. Very efficient homework ready. He asked if I liked it? I said oh yes. He said just give me a small down payment and we can make this happen Monday! So, I gave him 200 bucks and I went home. Well I thought about it when I got home that night. It was an older vehicle and the price was alittle on the high side. I decided that I didn't want to do this deal. My choice right? Well I drove up again Saturday (from Moncton) to let him know I changed my mind. Nobody was around all day Saturday. I only had his business card with one number. I called it several times no answer. Business hrs were 8am to what ever time in the afternoon? I drove home thinking I will call him first thing Monday. So I called at 8 am Monday. I talked with him and told him I decided that I didn't want the truck. He said he was sorry to here this, but that's business.... I asked him for my deposit. He says " oh I can't do that, I may have lost a buyer for that on the weekend." I'm thinking you weren't around all Weekend? I said, no your not going down that road are ya? He said, "yes I am!" All I could say was "wow" what a great salesman for the Miramichi! Everyone should know that if you give this guy a down payment dont matter how much he can keep it, if you change your mind. I called the better business bureau. They said oh yes he can keep the down payment and that nobody has to put a down payment on anything. Not a nice thing to do, but he can. It depends on what kind of person the dealer is.. Well this should tell a lot about Johnny eh? It cost me 200 bucks to go up to Kent's and back to his lot. lol This happened a couple years ago. But I never forgot. Funny I probably wouldn't have bothered mentioning this again until I seen an advertisement on Facebook. I laughed and said I think I will share my experiences with good old Johnny. I hope everyone enjoys this story. Sorry if it's so long, but I'm not very busy right now. Disappointed:( I would sooner have given 200 dollars to a soup kitchen. I guess Johnny was hungry too? Cheers Everyone
