Had an accident where it wasn't my fault and my car was deemed total loss. Called this dealer as I saw a vehicle that I wanted to purchase but they would not sell it to me because I live 30 minutes outside their "selling" area. Great job in helping someone in need ?

This dealership stands head and shoulders above other dealerships. Randy in the Parts department is the reason why I buy all genuine parts and get my 3 Toyotas serviced. Truly a great customer experience.

Unfortunately, it is filled with a staff who marginalize vulnerable populations and target minorities through bullying and discrimination, leading to discrimination and hate speech to minorities.Betty is a wonderful sales agent, but from the receptionist to owners, the bigotry that exists and is shed on its customers is incredibly sad and heartbreaking in 2024.As a client who purchased a new vehicle in 2023, never did I think along with my purchase would I face discrimination and hate rhetoric, nor was it something I was looking to purchase, which no one would.In order to stop such acts in our communities, it is working together to help support those who are marginalized and support groups who care about all.The owners dislike anglophones, and anyone who is a minority, or visible minority, and expect the client to take on their oppression; in addition, the staff reflect the same values and morals.In a community about love and support, I encourage you to be aware of the hate discrimination and oppression the owners of Rouselle Toyota are fostering, and encourage everyone to help stop such behaviours. Their behaviours and bullying leads to death and people who suffer a life of silence and pain.I wouldn’t wish how I was treated on my own worst enemies, let alone anyone. Hate is hate, and bullying and oppressing vulnerable people to get what you want shouldn’t be how we reward tolerate or accept peoples behaviours; both the rouselles owners promote and practice this behaviour, and through their staff.Everyone deserves equality, and no one deserves to be made less than because of the way they were born, unless you speak to the people at rouselle toyota, which might be the overall cooperate goal of Toyota Canada, which I hope not and they do not want discrimination and oppression carried out.The Rouselles violent and aggressive approach to vulnerable peoples, leaves you knowing that it’s okay to hurt people who are different, and you feel like you have no choice but to walk away despite spending 10s of thousands of dollars. We all have choices to make, I just never would have made any of these ones, knowing how minorities and vulnerable people are bullied and treated, and hope that this helps nobody ever face the same hate and oppression.Beyond their inhumane approach to minorities, they don’t follow better business bureau practices, or day to day legal practices like providing customers with receipts and documentation for transactions paid for.Everyone is different, and should be all treated equal, and shown the same#toyotacanada

Went in last month to test drive a tundra , I had recently lost my 4 runner , always drove Toyota’s and was turned away from purchasing a vehicle there because of where I work , what a joke after all the 1 star reviews I’m glad I didn't make a purchase there as it seems like their service is not great recently I will be buying my Toyota’s elsewhere as I buy a new one every 2-3 years can’t believe that discrimination of such still exist in 2023 , a very disappointed customer

Best experience very knowledgeable and kind sale person and financial advisor DEBY and MATT work hard helped me and my friend to purchase vehicle from them we flew all the way from WINDSOR,ON to there location also they accommodate a ride for us from MONCTON there vehicle prices are extremely blow then current market that's the whole reason we choose all that travel hassle we'll worth it and top of that we gett to meet those beautiful individuals DEBY and MATT CORMIER looking forward for future purchase anyone in market for vehicle give them shout won't be disappointed

The salespeople and management need to get their stories straight. Put a deposit on a vehicle in July 2021. Have it in writing in October of 2021 that we were next on the list. Then, when our vehicle arrived in May of 2023 we were told it was for someone else. Every day was a new story. We refuse to deal with liars. Purchased a new vehicle elsewhere and will never return.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had a dealership, the manager in the service department seems to be the only one who knew what was going on ,constantly got different answers every time I called. we had our car book for a a/c line and a detailing . For a 350 dollar detailing I would expect the car to be spotless instead I got a car with dirty carpets, smeared windows, oil stains on the outside, dirty rims, leaves still stuck under the hood,dirty seats, this dealerships quality is definitely not high end.

Very disappointed, I bought all my cars there for many years, last fall I went for an oil change in my car I notice they had a nice Tundra and my husband had been talking about trading his trick. Sure enough we went back together and decided to purchase the truck. We were asked to put 1000$ down. That was 5:30 pm we went home and taught about it and decided with the high interest rate it was to much we are both retired. So at 8 am the next morning we call the guy we had seen the night before and to our surprise were told we could not get our deposit back. So before you put money down on a vehicle over there make sur it’s refundable read the fine prints.I for one will never buy a vehicle there again

Went in for warranty, no hassle it took less time than what they told me which was very awesome I know it doesn't always happen that way. The service department was very nice and friendly, the establishment is very clean and inviting. Hats off to the Roussel Toyota team.
