“I would definitely give a higher review if it was possible!! Silly old me sat with the key turned on with a battery I know isn't that great and killed my battery. These lads came down without a hesitation, within 10 minutes, couldn't boost it with the booster box so they went up and got cables and had it run in in a matter of seconds. Fantastic service!”
“I’ve called on Burke’s towing multiple time over the years. Most recently, earlier this week. I felt compelled to submit a review, after seeing so many unfavourable reviews (while looking up the phone number) of the company.
The person that answered the phone (dispatcher) was very easy to talk to, asked pertinent questions and gave me an accurate timeframe to expect an operator.
The operator (Calvin) arrived quickly and within the specified time frame. He got right to work and, in short order, had my vehicle back on the road. He helped me process the call through my roadside assistance company, which is greatly appreciated!
I would definitely recommend this company and, if I have the misfortune of requiring towing again, I will definitely engage their service!
