Cannot provide a car while im waiting in cause i didnt buy the car from them . First they said it was insurance , then a huyndai policy to finally admit that is a dealership policy . Avoid this place

From first casually checking out the lot, to the test drive of our 2025 Tucson Hybrid Ultimate to Bob in Finance, to Stuart in Service to Lindsay the GM right up to delivery day,,,,it was an awesome hassle free experience. All staff were super friendly and knowledgeable on their product and gave us all our options to consider. It feels comfortable and happily familiar to be back home with Trevor’s after a stint with another brand / dealership on the river. Looking forward in the coming years to the 'well known - locally renowned' level of customer care with Stuart’s Service Dept team which we’ve missed. Again it was an awesome painless experience with the Trevor’s Hyundai team. Shop here with confidence.

I’ve been a proud and satisfied customer of Trevor’s Hyundai since 2008. I’ve owned three different SUVs, Santa Fe, Santa Fe Sport (still own it) and my new Tucson N-Line Hybrid.
The sales team have always treated me well. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They have been very attentive and responsive to my inquiries and helpful with finding the right vehicle for me.
As for the service department, I’ve always been treated exceptionally well by all of the staff. The service desk staff have been helpful and knowledgeable; and if there was something they were uncertain of, they would check with the service manager. I’ve dealt with the former and current service managers and I have absolutely nothing by praise for them and their teams.
I’ve continued to use the dealership’s service department after the expiration of my vehicles’ warranties because I trust them, enjoy the atmosphere of the dealership overall and feel welcome and appreciated as a customer.

If I could give Trevor’s Hyundai zero stars, I would. From the moment we got our vehicle back in February, it’s been one issue after another. We leased what was supposed to be a brand new 2025 vehicle - turns out it had clearly been used before.
Today, when we brought the car in to finally get the tinting done, the lack of communication was unbelievable. They gave us a rental car that reeked of secondhand smoke and wasn’t even remotely comparable to our 2025 Kona. My husband had to call multiple times just to get a status update.
When we saw the dealership closed at 6pm, we made sure to drive over more than 20 minutes before closing - only to find out our SUV still wasn’t ready. And no one bothered to inform us. We were casually told it would be finished tomorrow. Oh cool, so... no one thought to mention that earlier in the day?
To top it off, the service manager, Stuart Conroy (who could seriously benefit from communication and customer service training), told my husband, “You actually booked your appointment for tomorrow.” Uhh... no, we didn’t. And calling out the customer when your team dropped the ball? Not the move.

Hello StuartThank you for this email reminder, as of today, we’ve yet to see any emails from Hyundai on a customer experience survey.I can fill you in on our experience with your Employee Jodi Hachey, we had the opportunity to meet Jodi during an unfortunate incident that occurred with our 2017 Santa Fe back on April 18th 2024On the 18th, my spouse was making her way down to Miramichi to pick up our grandson for the weekend. As she arrived in Miramichi, she noticed that the check engine light had come on and suddenly the vehicle started to heave forward and appeared to come to a complete stop and then all of a sudden it was moving again until an excessive knocking sound was coming from the engine. She had called me at work to let me know what was occurring and being close to an hour away, I was a bit worried for her and what would occur with our vehicle. At that point I asked her to simply go to the nearest service center to get some advice, which just happened to be Canadian Tire. Well let me tell you that request for assistance did not go over very well. No one at that location offered to help so she limped over to Honda with the Santa Fe and at least she was able to get advice as to bring the Vehicle to the nearest Hyundai dealership as it was not going to make it back to Bathurst.It was at that point that we met Jodi and right from the start, you could sense there was something special about that employee. Jodi immediately jumped to offer assistance to Tanya and even went outside to look at the instrument cluster and at that point Jodi went to work for us!In no time at all, arrangements were made to have a rental vehicle for us(We never expected this at all to be honest with you) and then proceeded to request important documents, etc.… in order to submit this to Hyundai Canada for further review.The very next day, Jodi called me to give me the good news and in no time our Santa Fe was repaired and back on the road, and to make it even better, it was all covered!! I still recall the phone call and the excitement in her voice and when she did tell us that It was covered, I said to her that she was a Rockstar!! I still laugh about that. ?I will tell you this. In all my experiences with Auto Dealers, by far this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. We were treated with empathy and urgency in our time of despair and she showed tremendous leadership, she has that take charge attitude if you will. Throughout the entire incident from start to finish, she kept us posted on developments and was always there to take a call when we had questions on our end.In ending, we would like to thank you once again for all you have done for us over at Trevors Hyundai, and without Jodi’s help and guidance throughout this matter it made it that much easier for us. You are very lucky to have an employee like Jodi and she should be commended for her hard work and dedication to Trevors & Hyundai!

I was really surprised by the salesman who didn't try to up sell my mom a car that she didn't need. I know my mother likes one of the mechanics that works there.

Unbelievable service center we had a vehicle with motor problems they ended up getting new motor put in it we didn't buy the vehicle from them but treated us like we did thank you very much.
