The service here is terrible! I bought a pair of winter boots for my granddaughter (she’s 13) for Christmas, ($70) and where it hasn’t even been a month since then I didn’t expect to have the soles falling off. The boots were very nice looking , but obviously the quality was horrible. My granddaughter has 3 pairs of boots that she switches off with, so it’s not because she wore them too much or anywhere she wasn’t supposed to. When I went to the store on Trinity drive in Moncton today, the girl said that there’s no possible way that they could be exchanged for another pair. When I said it hasn’t been that long since they were purchased and they shouldn’t be falling apart, she said she’d check with her manager. When she came back her manager had said no way! I think if you’re spending $50-$100 or more on a pair of footwear they should last longer than 3 weeks! If the quality is that bad maybe the price should reflect that. The manner in which this was conveyed to me was as ignorant as the actual comments! So moral of the story, don’t buy footwear here, unless you want to be very disappointed! I know I won’t be back!

The manager of this place is terrible she's really rude and gave me the wrong receipt and lied to me about a deal. She said my dresses were 40 bucks when it was 66 and when I came back with the WRONG RECEIPT THAT SHE GAVE ME, SHE REFUSED TO SERVE ME. I USED YO LOVE ARDENES BUT I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER GO BACK . STAY AWAY FROM this one.
