Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. She answered all questions we had, and went above and beyond. She wasn't having any luck with the computer as it kept losing the info, but not her vault. One piece of our set could not be delivered for a month, so she took the delivery charge off completely, we thanked her as she didn't have to but said it wasn't our fault it couldn't be delivered with the mattress. Great experience and Ashley Home is so bright, definitely will go back.

The sales representative was very pleasant, helpful and not the pushy type at all. We visited several other furniture stores and this is the one we came back to and ended up making a purchase here. Will definitely make this store our first stop in the future.

My partner and I ordered a couch from Ashley’s and were told 3 weeks maximum. Well it has been 3 weeks and now we are being told it could be another 3 weeks and they are uncertain of even that. Not only have we gotten a delay but whenever we have called we have been met with disrespect and disregard. We wouldn’t have even known there would have been such a delay if we hadn’t have called. In my opinion, this is unacceptable when you spend such large amounts of money and if we had known about this from the beginning, we would have bought elsewhere.

I have recently moved to the Moncton area and had visited Ashley's and a number of other stores but Ashley's had the table that suited my needs the best and the sales person was great. Tim showed me what table might suit my needs and moved chairs to the table that I liked to see how they would look.
