The worst customer service and doesn’t really protect your device and if there isn’t a store in your area be prepared to wait a long time for it to be fixed or replaced! Unacceptable insurance for someone with a business account

Absolute nightmare. Unbelievably bad customer service. I’ve been going back and forth with them on an extremely straightforward claim for a month. Don’t buy anything from them
