I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership and ran into some unexpected issues over the next few months. They resolved them, but had to keep resolving them with communication issues in the service dept. (it happens unfortunately) however, management and my salesperson were MORE than supportive and helped along the way WANTING to make it right. Not just brushing me off. Finally, after feeling pretty discouraged months later with more vehicle issues, I reached out to the General Manager Danny to explain what had been happening and that I was to a point of needing some sort of change. (Won’t get into specifics)
To my surprise, Danny took my concerns seriously right away. He listened, understood the situation, and made sure I was fully taken care of. Like… Fully.Taken.Care.Of. The level of professionalism and compassion he showed is something you do NOT see often in dealerships. Especially higher up.
From there, Craig (sales manager) and Nash (my salesman) stepped in and called me personally, gave me an *unbelievable* solution and went above and beyond to help me transition into the new situation. They were honest, respectful, relatable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. They treated me like a real person — not a commission, not a number, but a customer they genuinely cared about.
The whole team worked fast, (like 2 days fast) where do you get that anymore?? communicated clearly, got me a wicked deal and made things right in a way that truly impressed me. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years, and this kind of service is obsolete.
If you’re looking for a team that actually listens, communicates, and stands behind what they sell, this is the place. Do not look anywhere else.
Ask for Nash if you’re looking to buy, talk to Craig if you need help with financing or credit advice and know that they are backed by great leadership in Danny; the General Manager. All of them were outstanding. They will put you first. Period.

Recently was quoted a sizeable repair bill so left my vehicle and when I went to pick it up, the mechanic had found some of the work actually didn't require repair so I ended up saving quite a bit on the bill. They could have easily kept the status quo but didn't. Very pleased.
Quite impressed. I had a safety inspection done by another garage and was awaiting what I thought would be about a $600 to $900 bill when I phoned Speedy Auto to double check things and was promptly given a same day timing to check my exhaust. Bob showed me what could be done, efficiently repaired the vehicle and had me on my way for pretty much nothing. The experience renewed my faith in honest work and I've found myself a new garage.”

“Outstanding Service on a Tight Schedule
I encountered an issue driving into Moncton from Québec on my way to catch the Newfoundland ferry — a terrible grinding noise that sounded like a bad wheel bearing. I rolled into town around 7:30 p.m., searched Google for options, and found this shop’s online form. I used it to explain my urgent situation, hoping for a quick turnaround with the ferry scheduled the next day.
To my surprise, I got a reply from service rep Mark at 7:30 a.m. the next morning by text and email, offering an 8:00 a.m. appointment. I showed up at 7:45 a.m., they took my info and the car right away, and by 8:45 a.m. I was back on the road.
Turns out it wasn’t a bearing issue — just the brake backplate rubbing the rotor. They fixed it promptly and also completed a complimentary inspection, knowing I had a long road ahead. That extra peace of mind meant a lot . The cost was more than fair, especially considering the quick service and the bonus inspection. Great service, friendly staff, and impressive responsiveness. Running like a dream only lasted a good day. Didn't take long before I could hear all the rattling which I thought stopped due to new parts. Raising car and finally looking under I can not see the new parts which "needed" to be replaced.
I can only suspect the noises stopped cause shop tech simply tightened loose parts without using Locktight, either that or the grease just fell away.
It wasn't until a few more days, on a trip outside of town, that I learnt that our car now shakes over speeds of 105 km/hr. Can actually visibly see the steering wheel shaking. Can only guess their alignment methods are not up to par.
I shall discuss with owner and get back and adjust my review accordingly (including my star rating).
Part 1
This was our next stop after having been a victim of fraud by one of their many competitors. Our car was taken in for its safety as designated by NB governing rules.
First place was charging 4.5 thousand to complete their safety. This place (TL Auto Service) was charging 1.5 thousand, out the door.
It was good to meet an honest business in this field. Once we were given the results of the safety, one of their mechanics took me out to go over everything requiring replacing (as i had been graciously offered). I was shown what and why each piece needed replacement.
Prices for parts were on pare with where I'd go for my auto parts. Their fraudulent competition was charging more than double for parts my car did not even need.
Due to my night hours TL Auto Service was kind enough to let us know we could drop our car off the night before, drop the keys in their door slot and it'd be ready next day, which it was.
Car runs like a dream once again. Great service, honest people and decent pricing. Highly recommended.
Footnote: Not sure if this was somw type of omen but I was pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful pheasant flitting by their business as I first approached this business (see attached photographs).”
“I have been at many shop and I do most of my own repairs but I'll be honest this place is a safe place to bring your car. They even can show you what need to be replace if you need to see it yourself. Again most dealership in Moncton are trying to make a money. This place is not like that this. They will tell you what you really need to change but they will not create something to change on your car like the other guys. what I mean by other guys the man dealerships .”
