I got a cell phone it didn't last a year lot of probleme with it device. Very poor. I went this morning. Device. Was bad won't go back. For any thing there. You pays a lot. For stuff that cheep made.

Just got home from there. To buy a simple screen protector, apparently they need your full name, full address, email AND phone number? And they can't check you out if they don't have all that information? Poor Rosemary at the cash, having to ask people all of that. No issue with her at all, she was very sweet and I feel sorry that she needs to do all of that. She was the only part of that visit that was okay. No one came to ask if we needed help the entire half hour we were in there.

Good experiences in the past. They brought in marketplace and it is maybe the scumiest thing they've ever done. I just went through a online purchase, simple quick, because it's best buy right? Nope not anymore, they sell stuff online you can't even return to your local store. Absurd

Absolutley the worst customer service I have ever witnessed! I would have scored them lower but ran out of stars. If their brick and mortar store closes, I hope they dont blame online sales!They are doing it to themselves! Plaza Boulevard store in Moncton very poorly run !

Came in with 5000.00 to spend. Felt baited and switched.Washer and dryer and stove. But only the stove is an appliance.Everything that made me choose this store to buy at, disappeared once in the store.Oh that was last week, so yesterday, oh they don't count the washer and dryer as an appliance.Oh the price reflects the savings. Except the sale price is last week'sprice.Heading to Costco.

Not the recommended place to buy anything. It may be best buy but in fact it’s worst delivery place. I bought Samsung washing machine and dryer one month before and still waiting for delivery. First they send the damaged one and after 15 days they send my delivery on wrong address. They recommended to remove old machines to make room for new one so I sold my machines 20 days before and still waiting for new ones. Not able to wash our clothes for the last 20 days. My advice buy the stuff from Costco or wall mart it’s the worst place because no one is there to help after mistake is made. I met manager Tim also and he assured to send it today but again no delivery today.

Worst customer service. There were four people waiting in the customer service counter, but none of them helped me buy an iPhone. I waited for a long time. I already knew which phone to buy but there was no one to help. Most of them were checking their phones and not helping, especially the people in the customer service department. Not a good way to treat customers who are there to buy expensive electronics.

Would be nice if I could call the store and talk to a real human being. I just wasted 5 minutes of my life talking to a damn robot. How about you make it so we can actually call your store. Until then I'll give someone else my money

Today I wanted to buy a gaming laptop. The corresponding model was on display and on promotion. I ask to buy one and the salesman Shauwn explains to me that I can order one online (if I want to order online I stay at home, no point wasting time in a store!) I ask him to be able to buy one the demo model, he tells me that this is possible but that I risk having traces due to the anti-theft and offers me a $30 discount. Perfect, I want to take the computer with the slight damage. shauwn begins to prepare the computer (cleaning and resetting the software) I specify that I do not want other accessories and extended warranty. There, as if by the greatest chance, Shauwn's supervisor decides that the computer is no longer for sale.So in the end, if I understand correctly if we take an extension the computer is available, but not for a simple sale!Waste of time... waste of customers... I'll go online to someone else next time

Rather disappointed that a large company cannot honer a deal that was made at another location during a exchange. Especially when I was sold the wrong accessories for my 2500$ laptop purchase.Mary the customer service Rep wasn't very polite in regards the matter either. All because of a "discount" I got at another location. Shouldn't matter.

As soonest you go inside someone is right after you.. I wanna look around and see what they have without someone sitting in my neck.. good offers but no free delivery even if you want to by a washer and a dryer for a disabled man.. not nice.. at least one of the pieces you buy has to be more than $1000 . That's a lot of money these days.. you don't offer delivery so I go online. They deliver free. And the washer wasn't on stuck either the dryer.. waiting for 2 months..no thanks

Calls to the store in Moncton go to Toronto. Piss poor service from people I can't understand and from someone that doesn't know what I'll be calling about. Why can't I call the store I deal with directly? It's none of Torontos business why I called. They just lost 10g. Off to a privately owned shop.

Never seen s Best Buy close at 7pm Mon-Fri . You might save money on wages, but sales is what keeps a business going and between 7-9pm is the busiest time in sales as people get home from work at 6pm, eat supper go to stores. Just ridiculous hours, speaking from 40yrs customer service snd 19yrs retail

I ordered a part online for $25, recieved it a week later, which was inside a brand new package broken. I live 30 minutes from town (another $25 in gas) and already know they're going to tell me I have to contact the seller, which I already tried and after waiting 30 minutes on hold I got a representative who was not able to help me because of the language barrier.So I decided to take the loss, order another part from a different company and swear I'll never purchase another thing from best buy.

Absolutely amazing experience getting a new phone through eric he's the man if anyone ever needs a new phone and wants good service as for eric , but overall good prices good selection and you get gift cards with new phone purchase!
