I went to this store yesterday for first time, really liked the place and was just thinking about purchasing decor for my new home I purchased but as I was just looking at items I had really upset looking lady came to me asking if I need anything. She was looking very rudely at me and made me really uncomfortable that I had to leave the store, felt like I did something wrong. I even smiled at her but she ignored me, I thanked her while leaving the store but she didn’t bothered to reply.

Beyond embarrassed. I had presented an online coupon at checkout. The woman tried to handle my phone when I showed her. I asked, please don't take my phone (which is my right for my own reasons) she got very worked up. Made fun of me, rolled her eyes,called me rude 2 times in front of customers. I ended up apologizing 2 times just to keep peace and calm her down. I'll never go back here. Her attitude was beyond anything I've ever seen for customer service.

I cannot go into the store any longer due to the scent. I mentioned it to a staff member a couple months ago as I was leaving. I was mocked behind my back as they didn’t know my daughter was still in the store. Very unprofessional. Something prompted me to write a review as I think it’s the right thing to do

Worse customer service ever , staff don't even agnoledge you are there instead they hide away. I tried 3 times, different day. Will never go there again.

Bought a gift card at bouclair moncton, lost the card but had the proof I bought it, they refused to replace it, i will never shop there again, I contacted their head office about the rude despicable lady that I spoke to, they are going to help me with this.Highly not recommended
