I've taken my car here for a while for very minor issues I've had, and they were very good. But the last time, they charged me $100 to diagnose my car, but they couldn't find the problem. There are other places that do whatever they did free of charge and take your car out for a drive to find the problem, which these guys don't do.

Terrible place. I brought my car at the scheduled time, and the attendant said I wasn't in the system, mentioning that the woman who works there had scheduled it wrong. He said I could leave the car anyway, but suddenly he started being rude to me for no reason, wouldn't let me finish my sentences, and was being sarcastic and passive-aggressive. Completely unprofessional. I decided not to leave my car there

I have been at many shop and I do most of my own repairs but I'll be honest this place is a safe place to bring your car. They even can show you what need to be replace if you need to see it yourself. Again most dealership in Moncton are trying to make a money. This place is not like that this. They will tell you what you really need to change but they will not create something to change on your car like the other guys. what I mean by other guys the man dealerships .

Scamming for minimum charges 54 bucks when you go for any service and find fault in your vehicle and says we can not do the service as you need to do the repair first. I went there recently for wheel alignment, and they charged me 54 $ just to tell me, we can not do alignment and gave me 3000 repairs.

needed a front bearing installed b4 w-end... it's Tuesday so i called and they say to drop in...i get there, told them i have the bearing secured, they were to check the loose in the front, install the new one, that's it but NO they check the car all around, charge me 55 ish $ to do so, told me they do not install parts of customers and that the job would cost 590$ (bearing + ring 60$, i've got the receipt), do an unneeded alignment afterward + the unask for car check-upI TOLD THEM PRIOR MY VEHICLE HAD BEEN CHECKED, INSPECTED, AND REPAIRED, other than the wheel bearing?, the worst way to make new customers, never goin there again

I went here to replace rear brakes and rotors in my car. However, when the work was done and I left the place, I heard a really strong noise going from one of the rear wheels and parking break did not work properly. I had to come back so they will fix the thing. They fixed the noise, but the parking break didn't work as it was supposed to. They advised me to give it a try for a few weeks and come back then. Nothing changed and I came back. They took the car, said they adjusted the parking break to a maximum and it is not possible to do it stronger as it will burn out. But nothing had changed again - paid for break replacement and don't have a proper parking brake anymore. Although the customer service was good - the mechanical and professional side of things is just a huge stay away.Service: Brakes

This is my new go-to auto shop in town. There's some places that you just know they're honest folks and that's definitely the case here.First of all I had an unexpected and urgent need to go on a road trip by the end of the week. However my alignment is off and I didn't want to destroy my tires on a long trip. I searched auto shops in the area and just started calling all of them. After five shops that couldn't get me in, I got to Brunswick Auto and they understood my urgency and made room for me to get in same day. They even inspected my suspension components and stuff to make sure everything was okay before doing the alignment (I was forced into a curb so they wanted to make sure nothing was damaged).I've worked in the auto repair industry before and I'm not a novice when it comes to vehicles. The people here are trustworthy, helpful, honest, and genuinely nice people.Service: Steering & suspension repair
