Great customer service..fixed my s23 ultra screen in a couple hrs and also fixed my sons ipad screen. Guy was great, friendly and explained the process. Great job on my screen.

2nd hand phones are in top shape and ideally priced. They offer warranties even on 2nd hand phones.

Brought my phone in for a camera replacement (I purchased the new OEM Samsung Camera) and a back glass replacement. Got the phone back and was told it was all done. They charged me accordingly. Not only did they not even change the camera, video now causes the camera to crash instantly which it didn't before and if I bump my phone slightly, the screen shuts off until I bump it again. Looking at the camera I can clearly see the same scratch on the lens that was the original issue. I don't know what they did with the camera I gave them originally. I have no clue what they did to my phone, but I wouldn't trust them to touch it ever again. Note 20 Ultra.Also, their solution was to buy another replacement camera, but to buy it through them with an obnoxious markup.

Great selection of cases and screen protectors, and there are some quality used phones for sale there too at reasonable prices. Justin installed my screen protector and provided me great service and helped me pick out the right case for my S21 Ultra. Awesome spot!!

Very knowledgeable sales staff. Went in looking for a case for my new phone and the worker informed me that this phone is only only overseas and therefore he did not have any cases to fit it. I was very grateful for this information and will be back for future phone cases!
