I've requested cheques from a previous year and they stated it would take from 3-5 business days.....I gave it the whole week and went in on the Monday but when I got there the guy said, I'm so sorry it didn't even get sent, I didn't do it, I was on vacation last week and was sick 1 day. He said I'll do it right away and 3-5 business day so again told and gave it a week went back in on the Tuesday and dealt with a girl that said I only sent those this morning so itll be 3-5days, I told her the story and asked for her to call and see if she could put a rush and she said she would call me back and she said yup by Wed or Thurs..no call.. I went in on Friday and ask for them and Laura (she the manager btw)told me she couldn't Check on my file that only another employee was the only one able to check my file and she was on vacation till Wednesday (Oct 4) and I had to cone back next week. And that she was on vacation this week, of course. Now I'm sitting here at the bank since 12:11and it's 12:54 and still sitting here writing this review. 1 teller on since 12:50. So the line up has appx15 people that jeep coming and going . The girl helping me is in the back working on the computer . Meanwhile everyone is waiting. It's crazy

Notwithstanding the general inconvenience caused by changed operational hours which is not, as far as I am concerned, the local staff's fault, we have generally had a positive customer experience at this branch since we started banking there in 2019.Noah has been a great help resolving whatever issues we would come to the branch with. Great job and keep it up!

The only CIBC anywhere nearby and its open 10 to 3 (5 hours) Monday-Friday (5 days a week), imagine you have a bank issue (as i have been for 2 weeks now) and try to work that into your work schedule. Screw you if your bills bounce because of it, they wont care if their issues caused any lost money on your end.

Teller was extremely rude and short with me because I wanted to withdraw a variety of bills, I never have any problems at the one downtown. Been banking with CIBC for over 15 years and I’ve never experienced that. Disappointing.
