Stopped to use the washroom... i had too clean the toilet before i could use it !!!?? very disappointed for an irving gas station name too be on such a shamefull dirty store !!!

I've come in the store one morining to get my tickets checked. The lady that on cash was very rude towards me and a other costumer that followed me in the store shortly, by yelling the both of us that she was serving someone else wen there was no one in the line.

At 5:30 on a Saturday morning I needed milk and cigarettes. As I walked toward the main entrance Mason, the cashier was trying to sneak out for a quick smoke. I have nothing against this, and I understand that it would be frustrating to be interrupted. However the look of disgust that I was given was offensive. I apologized and said " sorry, I know what its like" , trying to be sympathetic. He grunted and swung the door open. As I placed my order for my self he was short with me and tossed the items I ordered across the counter. Mason is the face of your operation and he did a terrible job making me feel welcome at all. If you hate your job Mason or dont like dealing with the public you should get a new one!!!! Worst customer service ever.
