They need to check their hiring practices. Rude and irresponsible employees can destroy the brand.This review is regarding my interaction with front desk employee named “Sumeet”.I went to gas station in the morning. Got fuel and was about to enter the store to make payment. There was a homeless lady standing beside the door so an employee (different one- not sumeet) asked me not to let the homeless lady in as she causes trouble. I said okay can you bring the payment terminal close to the door so that I can pay? But he was not able to do so. I advised him not to worry and I will come later to complete payment. He thanked me.Later, I went to the store and Sumeet was at cash counter. I informed him about the incident from the morning. In stead of thanking me, he showed bad attitude as he wasn’t able to figure out how to charge me. I said I can come back in the evening if you need time to figure out. He slapped sticky note and pen on the counter and asked me to write my name phone number and address and asked me if I have my drivers license with me. He wanted to see it. I was surprised. I said NO. he doesn’t have need or right to check my license. He should be thankful that I showed up.Manager on duty was kinder but this guy won’t stop giving attitude. She apologized for his behaviour. I said it should be him who should apologize. She advised him to apologize for his behaviour. He said “I am sorry for not being able to apologize”.Then he said “my name is Sumeet. Go complain.” Manager on duty was continuously trying to stop him but he would stop. So, I left.Honestly, if he doesn’t know how to talk to customers, he should probably change the job and pick up work that doesn’t deal with people.
