After a 10 hour long drive, my car had bugs all over my front bumper, bird poop on side door. I chose premium touchless car wash and paid over $20.00. I don't think it was worth it after the wash. My car still had bugs visible, and bird poop wasn't washed properly as well. Moreover, i could also see soap settlement over my alloy wheels, which i had to clean by myself at my driveway.

The car wash subscription requires your (1) credit card details, (2) phone number, (3) license plate number, and (4) actively tracks your location. That's a lot of personal information just to wash a car. Despite having your plate number on file, they won't allow the car to be washed unless the phone with the app installed is present. Since I share this car with my spouse, who can't always be there in person, we're unable to get a wash. Essentially, the subscription is tied to the person, not the car. It seems they haven't thoroughly thought this model through. When you call the provided customer care number, they'll loop you in circles.

The car wash has been broken for more than 3 weeks and I couldn't use the unlimited subscription. What a waste!

Miserable Service... Paid full membership amount.. but the center shows closed 25 days a month. Not recommended.

Went here to use the washroom at 9:55. They tell me the washroom gets closed at 10. I understand why, but it wasn't even 10 yet.

Dont go for touchless car wash. I went there first time in my new car to get touchless car cleaned but after i went out they break my windshield. I went there in store and Calling to gas station from last couple of weeks everytime they are saying its under investigation they are watching videos and all those stuff but its going to cost me $1100 for my new car windshield. Very Disappointed. Don’t visit them but 1 star only because of manager samantha. She is polite and very friendly everytime i talked to her

great walk took me 30 minites not bad.i asked staff where was slushi machine they halped me,they are pretty nice.3.45 for a slushi large u cant argue on that price very decent prices defently going again.
