I had these folks supply a piece of tempered glass for large trailer window. It was exact to my measurements including the rounded corners. Absolutely fantastic staff, great to deal with, thank you Nick!

Incredible experience, my lovely wife Pat and I had here both times we visited within the past couple weeks.We first went in, after calling, to purchase a replacement glass for our cabinet doors. The one existing stained (realistic but fake) cabinet glass at home has been broken since moving into our new location. We decided to replace the original cabinet glass with a new pattern (yet to complete but will add pictures once done).We were given a quote of 15 dollars for each piece (9" x 26 3/4"). We were told it'd be completed in about a week after letting them know we were in no rush.While in their office, Pat noticed a couple bottles of maple syrup on the counter. The label on each bottle stated, "Compliments of Economy Glass.ca; 1973 to 2023; celebrating our 50th year." The kind attendant let Pat know she could have one, free of charge. Pat and I smiled all the way home.Over a week later, we decided to check on our glass replacement while also making a stop at the bottle depot next door to their business (handy for us and only an 8 minute drive).While stopping in at this glass company, we noticed a note on their front door, "away due to outside customer service" (or something like that). Disappointed, we simply drove next door and dropped off our bags of refundable containers.As we were pulling away from the bottle depot, Pat noticed the message on the glass place had been removed. Excited we drove the short distance back over. I let Pat off at the door while I talked to the man parked beside the business. He said we should knock since he did notice someone inside.Pat has already done that and was inside. I followed suit. The nice gentleman inside went and checked on our glass. To our delight, he came back in with our cabinet door and replacement glass under his arm.He checked his computer and could not find the paperwork for it. Letting us know we could take the glass and pay for it on our next visit. He did take a picture of the work number written on the protective paper wrapped around the glass for their records.Both of us gobsmacked, we thanked him and let him know we will be back to pay for their work.Come next trip to the bottle shop, we'll be sure to stop in and complete our transaction.Highest regards for this glass business and their employees. Easy to see how they made it to this, their 50th anniversary in the glass business.Sadly, all maple syrup bottles were gone on this last trip. It should be noted that the fine maple syrup came from Creek Side Maple Products located in Rosevale, NB. It's always nice to buy local.Part 2We've since been back to this place and paid off the expected amount. Wonderful customer service. Also noticed that there were more maple syrup filled bottles on their counter.I have since added photos of the final stained glass cabinet door and will add the other door once completed.Part 3Have since added the final cabinet stained glass photo. Was a pleasure creating this artwork upon this company's glass perfection.

I went to get an AC prep done on Friday June 2nd at 4:35 pm. They were closed already when online business hours said they were open until 5 pm. I wasted my time going in.

Living one and a half hour from Moncton, it’s not easy to get companies interested in our business but this was not an issue with Economy Glass for our shower door project. We visited their showroom on a few occasions and they were always helpful to help us understand the various alternatives available. When we were ready for measurements, they came within a week and when the glass was available, the installation was done without delay. The resulting work is absolutely perfect for a 10 out of 10 customer experience rating.
