I’m writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience at your store. I was surprised to learn that although the store is open until 12:00 AM, the washroom is closed by 10:00 PM. Additionally, I was informed that in order to receive change for a $20 bill, I would need to make a purchase, which I found inconvenient.
I was assisted by Sahil, the Assistant Manager, and I must say that I was disappointed with the level of service provided. I believe these policies could be better communicated, and a more customer-friendly approach could improve the overall experience.

Doors are locked but it's during business hours.... the lady working isn't even paying attention... I had to leave and go to a different location, unreal.

Every time I come here they are closed 30 mins early or closed at quarter to clerk is always super rude as well
