Brought my vehicle in after it was involved in a low speed accident. Mechanically the car was stalling constantly and it appeared the turbo was not giving any power. There were some cosmetic issues as well due to the collision.
It took almost 3 months for Fix Auto to complete their repairs due to back ordered parts. When I received the vehicle the mechanical issues persisted like they did before their work.
The car looked really nice with all the brand new parts they put on but a large majority of the parts were not needed such as headlamps because they weren’t even broke or in need of repair.
Needless to say i had to return my vehicle because they didn’t fix it properly. The shop manager insisted I drive it for the weekend.
Worst part was that the bill was well over 10k and the car wasn’t even fixed mechanically.
I honestly feel like this is an insurance scam or something and wish I knew how to report them.
The manager explained to me after it was seen by a mechanic that the pipe they put on which was an aftermarket part was failing to stay attached to an OEM part.
I will never use this company again!
Update(January 11th, 2026)!
When I tried to have Fix Auto to look at my car again as per my insurance companies request they declined.
Their workmanship was poor. They even told me the work was guaranteed which obviously it wasn’t.
Refusing to look at the work they did on my vehicle sounds ridiculous which it is.
I’ll be seeing them in small claims shortly!

Shoddy work overall. Extra things needed fixed after accident.... would not fix the extra damage.

They didnt do a great job and gave my car back in a filthy condition. My windshield looked like it had a film sprayed over it, there were splatters and puddles of some thing all over the inside of my car and the repairs were less than satisfying.

They did a great job on my SUV. They even touched up the paint on a scratch that happened a few days before free of charge, and without me asking.
