Staff is very knowledgeable. I went in and had several questions. They were able to answer everything and helped me find alternatives that may be cheaper than buying $100 bag of food that would only last me a 10 days

Everyone who works here is so friendly and it's cute that they ask about Honey Cruller (whom I previously adopted from there, now known as Miso).They're always happy to answer my questions and they have a lot of knowledge of the products.I always find what I need when I go there too and my kitties love the treats!

Always great service from start to finish. The staff is friendly, and extremely informative! It's the only place I will go for my pets!
