Great place for exercising. Wonderful people running this establishment. I've yet to meet a fellow client that I didn't get along with. Anyone I've encountered has been respectful of their fellow patrons.Super clean throughout this gym. Everything seems to get a thorough cleansing everyday.Only complaint, and it's relatively minor, the bikes in their spin room all need to be updated. So much better should they all be digital for tension settings and visuals such as speed, tension, calories burnt and anything else available. As it is, tension setting is a bit willy nilly through the twist of a simple knob. Everything seems guessy goosey.

I’ve been to several Goodlife’s centres and this location is my favourite! Always looking forward to the best workouts while vacationing in Moncton.

Great club but they desperately need more squat racks. I would come to this location way more often if I didn’t anticipate waiting 10+ minutes to train my big lifts. The upstairs weight room is consistently packed on evenings/weekends with ppl working on their squats and deadlifts (as they should be!); meanwhile, there are 5 rows of cardio equipment taking up a lot of space downstairs that I have never seen fully occupied. Maybe these machines are busy at other times of day - I don’t know. It would be so appreciated if there was a way to reconfigure the layout so as to make room for more squat racks. Other than that, I have nothing but praise for this location. Clean, well-maintained, good variety of equipment, pleasant staff, nice change rooms, lots of parking.

Staff is really good. But the problem is the equipments. Most of the time machines are out of service. They take months to fix it.Some time they just put the note on the door that the club is closed today due to some reason.Good life fitness is just over priced. But around here are not so many good fitness club. People have no choice.

Standard Goodlife. It gets busy but not so much that you can't get the machine you'd like without possibly waiting too long.

Signed up and paid through the corporate portal online. Went into the gym to get my Door Tag... I had to meet with a sales person who pretty much held my Door Tag hostage unless I went though some onboarding or orientation with her. I told her I had gone to that same location before and I knew where everything was - I just wanted to pick up my Door Tag - that's all. She wouldn't budge. I paid for a full year up front and she was not giving me the ability to access the gym.If a member were to break some rule in their membership contract they'd hold the member accountable. I paid in full for access and I was being denied - there's nothing in the membership contract that states I am required to go through some sales pitch before I can access the facilities - isn't that a breach of contract?Worst experience I've ever had at a gym.

Won't go to this gym anymore, was told by instructor in the studio to leave (on speaker), because I was a distractionAll I wanted was to stretch in the corner, she then says that's the goodlife policy, not hers and had me leaveIt was a class of 4 ladies doing HITT and I was on the other sideWhen I approached her that she humiliated me, she said that's not her issue that's management and she's worked there for 10 years, told me to talk to Nate, all I wanted was an apology and perhaps a recommendation to put a sign on door, classic n session do not open door, when I asked to see the corporate policy about not entering the room, no one could do show meI felt humiliated, disrespected and looked at like I wasn't a valued member of that gym. I never ask for anything, I mind my business but today I truly felt like I was not taken with respect or dignity and it was my fault and not the instructor, I asked for and apology and she gave me one but only because I asked, she did not care and took no accountability for her behaviour, I don't think I will go to this goodlife location again, which is sad because I did like the rest of the staffBut there should be a sign on the door moving forward for other customers so they don't have to go through what I went through

Pushy sales tactics and many broken machines. No flexibility to cancel/rebook classes (has to be done more than 5 hours before the class starts, even though classes are never full. No one told me of this rule and I was barred from booking classes for a week, even though I am paying for classes).Giving two stars only because some of the class instructors are great.

By far the best goodlife I have been to. The layout is great (other than the latest switch to the Dumbbell layout), lots of squat racks, machines and space to workout.Staff are friendly (even at 5am!)
