Easy, convenient, friendly service at the IKEA Moncton Collection point. The staff answer the bell, move your order to the roll up door and helps remove items from the pallet while loading your trailer. Their rep helped load the trailer and another staff stood by the loading door. Items arrived on time, the warehouse staff was efficient and friendly. Nothing superfluous, easy loading and friendly staff. They move the double pallet by hand. The staff is laconic like IKEA itself.
