Bought a car in march of 2022, the first week of having the car it broke down, with a pretty big repair. Within that month it broke down again. Fuel wasn’t getting through and repairs costed me more than 2 grand. After those months I have been getting more and more issues coming up. Now the car is letting go after not even a year of having it, very disappointing to be receiving a lemon car with more repairs that cost more than the cars value now.

I purchased a kia sorento through Dana here a few weeks ago. I found Dana to have great customer service skills. He was able to take 400 dollars off the price (without me feeling pressured to haggle). I found the prices (for my vehicle and others) priced under market value. I would definitely recommend this auto dealership to others

Dana was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Super responsive, helpful and kind. He answered all my questions honestly, and patiently - was super responsive in all communications. He went the extra mile with service without pressuring us whatsoever. I sincerely felt that he cared, and just wanted to be sure that we found the right vehicle for us. We are super happy with our Escape, and will absolutely come back when we're ready for car number 2! And in the meantime, I'll be recommending this place to anyone looking for a used car.
