It is a great place to go, with fair prices and ex ellent quality. However, overall, the service is in special A1. I saw the manager in action one time and I was impresed how smoothly she solved a problem and gave feedback to the employe. Highly recommended.

The quality of Mark's products is good. However, the female employee at the counter seems to make mistakes when calculating. They only correct the information after the customer asks for confirmation, but I hope that the customer does not have to check it. If there is no proper communication, please ask a familiar employee or use the computer system to clarify the matter

I managed to score some great deals for Christmas gifts and fire retarant clothing for my hubby for his job.
1 item of clothing was $329, down to $99. HELLO!!
The cashiers gave fast and friendly service.
The reason for rating is lack of floor staff.
This was a week before Christmas, the store was quite busy, and it was impossible to find help in the men's dept.

The cashier at checkout,named Rachelle or something, with small hair, is very rude and unprofessional, needs to learn more about customer service and dealing attitude. Did not like her attitude at all. Very upset.
I bought the shoes 2 days ago which was on sale, pre black friday 25% off. She gave me only 10% discount which i did not realize about the discount on the same day. The next day when i went to ask her about the discount (10%) instead of getting 25%. She started getting rude, not listening properly. I was showing her mathematical calculation about 10% and 25% but she was sticked with her word that i already got 25% which i did not.. later her manager or her senior came to me and understand my problem and finally helped me.. thanks to the manager..
