Friendly staff and clean facility.Unfortunately my gate code was not working for the entire weekend I was trying to move in. While it did cause us a great deal of frustration, the staff working remotely were always able to help, and were always reachable. We even called one gentleman by the name of Paul well into the night and he still picked up the phone and opened the gate for us.Normally I would take off a star or two for the frustration but the staff were awesome and did everything they could to get around the issue until it was able to be fixed the following Monday.

Impeccable customer service. Their team was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I rented the space for over 6 months. I had no problems and my belongings were safe.

Great customer service with staff, clean unit. But their parking lot is horrible and lacking repairs huge holes all over the entrance. Its like riding a rollercoaster!
