Worst experience ??????My buddy have 2019 Chrysler 300 SAnd it stop running somehow so i went to them and they told me about transmission issues and all stuff so i was just curious like car is only <100560> kms only and transmission gone .and they’re asking <10,399>$ plus taxes to fix itSo i went to other mechanics <<Canadian tire and mister transmission>> they told me it’s front differential is badSo i told them too but they don’t listen this dealership charges me for inspection 400$ around to tell me false information like transmission as they told me before .END OF THE SUMMARY I HAVE BILLS IT COST ONLY 1589$ all together TAXES TO FIX MY CARPLEASE ? BE SAFE FROM THIS FALSE DEALERSHIP. Thanks For the timeI HAVE EVERYTHING PROOF TOO .

Had a very recent purchase from them as refereed by a friend but till now the experience has been really not upto the mark. Promised to replace the trunk door shock, still no resolution. And after a month, the radio had usb issue which the manufacturer confirmed needs to be replaced but after purchasing the comprehensive warranty from Chrysler, they have no answer and in the end left with a faulty vehicle. The after sales support was terrible with the service staff with no proper resolution of the issues they acknowledged. I strongly suggest anyone from getting a vehicle from Moncton Chrysler as this has been a really worse experience so far

Appt scheduled at 9am. Dropped it off, returned at 11:30 and still hadn't braught the vehicle in.... what's the point of an appt schedule???? Disrespectful to myself as a customer...and was not the only one either. They did reach out and make it right afterwards. Let's hope next time it doesn't happen

Darren lushman sold my husband his new truck over the weekend, so I want back and I had the pleasure of dealing with him for my new car ! Very respectful, professional and excellent at his job ! The worst thing that has ever happened. I brought my car (Chrysler 300) to them because it was having problems with the front differential. They informed me that I needed to replace the transmission, which would cost more than $12,000 CAD. They also charged me $450 for labour and caused some damage to other parts of my car while they were checking it.My car was fixed for only $1500 CAD by changing the differential by another certified mechanics. When I contacted them, they opened a case, but they never got back to me. Now, over three months have passed.Extremely disappointing.

I brought my truck in for recalls and I asked them to put a tire pressure sensor in my tire I have previously bought the tps so it was just labour that I would be charged for I get a call the same day and they told me that they put the tps in the wrong tire and they expected me to pay for another one and the labour shell shocked I decided to go get the truck the next morning so I called the service department and they told me that they needed to reset the codes on the tps and said they would call me back in an hour I made that call at 8:30 in the morning I didn’t receive any call back it took me till 2:30 in the afternoon to get ahold of them I finally managed to pick up my truck and I realized that they didn’t reset anything and there is now 2 tps not working so I brought it back not 10 minutes later and they brought their Forman out with the scanner to see what was going on he then told me exactly what tire pressure sensor wasn’t working so I asked him “why couldn’t you have done that before then we could have avoided all this back and forth” he proceeded to tell me that he didn’t know and he had no idea what the technician did then someone else in the service department came and apologized and now I’m getting the tps done for freeI lost a lot of time and money trying to deal with getting my truck fixed and they tried to pin their mistake on me if I didn’t catch them in the act
