The National Bank branch is excellent. The staff are very helpful, polite and professional. Customer service is second to none. The branch is fast, immediate help and good info. Advisor is great, educated and knowledgeable. Financial ideas are great for business and personal needs. The location is a great choice compared to big banks. Advertisement can draw a lot of attention.

    All the staff have been wonderful to work with at the National Bank for all the years ive been dealing with them, but I must say Julien Cyr in particular is most amazing. He truly has the best intentions for all his customers. Very, very valuable employees to have now a days!

    I opened my account online with Neme Hezou. She is so good at her job and very patient and kind. Also, every time I send her an email, she answers fast and helps me immediately. She deserves a raise!
