Can’t say enough good things about the service of Raymond and his crew. Unfortunately we needed a windshield replacement in the midst of a trip from Toronto to Cabot Trail and return. Raymond went out of his way to fit the replacement into our schedule and complete the work exactly as promised. We are very grateful to him and Novus Glass.

I had a cracked windshield, had it replaced only to bring it home and find out that it was installed too high and the molding on the top was sticking up, it looked horrible and the manager told me that this would go down on its own in a couple of weeks, he said I'm not just saying that because your a woman... I went to other windshield places and they informed me that it will not go down on its own because it wasn't placed properly, when I brought my vihicle back I told them and they took the windshield off and put it back on, they left many black fingerprints on my upholstery, when I told them about this I was told they would never be able to satisfy me, I didn't even allow them to clean it because of how rude the manager was, I'm sure they would not have appreciated that treatment on their own vehicles.

The guy on the phone was not the sharpest tool in the shed, asked for a rough estimate on fixing a 3" crack in my windshield. Was told he can't fix a crack, needs to be replaced... isn't your "Novus commercial" all about fixing cracks in windshields? Useless..
