“I had never been to a pawn shop but the reviews for Parlour Pawn were great so I went. The gentleman on the jewelry counter was so incredibly nice, chatted with me, explained every step. When he tallied my total for my unused jewelry, I was happy with the price. He then realized he had put in the wrong price per weight on something and quickly fixed it and apologized. He could have easily not said anything and I would have been none the wiser, but his honesty was very refreshing and made it such a great experience. I highly recommend Parlour Pawn, and I will definitely go back!”
