I recently bought a 2024 Kicks. I went to the dealership to look at a used model but it had been sold. The dealership needs to remove sold vehicles as soon as possible from their website so buyers are not disappointed, though. I was vey pleased with the trade-in value for my old car !! The salesman and finance person were both professional in their dealing with me.I had been searching and reading up on the Kicks but would have been happy if the technology had been explained by the salesman instead of me having to read everything. I still have no idea how long the SiriusXM trial is. Was that my job to ask all those questions ?? Is this the way cars are sold now? I haven’t had a brand new car since about 2004.

** WARNING ** to people wanting to buyout their lease. You have the option to call Nissan Canada Finance and they will guide you through the two-step process of 1) sending funds, and 2) going to Service NB to change the name on the registration. You also have the option (which will be made to seem like the only option) of paying over 1150$ in various made-up fees to this dealership. I had to argue with the finance specialist about the fees until he brought his manager into the room. Then, I was told I could do this all myself but it would be a hassle. Sales tactics 101: cause your customer to worry and immediately show them you're the solution to those worries. It's INSULTING that they take advantage of people like this. I work hard for my money, and no trip to Service NB plus an online fund transfer is worth 1150$. They should be ashamed.

Great team and always a great experience with them. The sales staff are always accommodating. The finance staff knows there stuff (wish the banks did too). They do everything in there power to get a low interest rate and make a great paper work process. They seem to have the best service team around too :)

This place completely took advantage of my grandparents. Took 64 days to fix the car.. because it took so long he had to purchase a new one with rentals not being available. He was told to come back in one week and it would be done.. they made him pay insurance on both vehicles.. never received any paper work and took two months to get license plates. They test drove a car and when they came back changed their minds but were told they couldn’t because the one they tested was already registered in his name… he didn’t sign a thing for that.. I don’t know what these people were thinking or doing when dealing with my grandparents. You’re disgusting for taking advantage of older people and making them uncomfortable and in distress. Shame on you
