    11 people in line and 2 cashiers working to clear the line, but alex ande sat there infront of those 11 people and did paperwork at cashiers window for over 20 minutes or more untill i asked his name then he took his coffe and went in back office, quite the spot this bank. Wow ?

    Got a letter in the mail from this location. Called RBC and its only robot assistant now that keeps telling me to use online service and is totally useless. Obviously if I could have done things online I would have but there is an issue.
