I went in today with the mindset of spending 300$ on a new pair of running shoes. There could have been a pair of made of pure gold for free and I still wouldn’t have taken them because of how rude the sales person was. Not only with me, it was witnessed her being rude with other customers as well. I will never return and the owner can call or email me if they would like to discuss more.

Kim was amazing in Moncton and we appreciated all her help after two solid weeks between PEI and NB looking for a new set of runners. She was so professional and knowledgeable and took the time to find the right shoe for me. Thanks so much Kim, we will be back as per your advice!

Helping us . Zero smille .. try to sell me a color I don't like ... and saying what you want ... have never experienced such rude behavior. Ver disappointing ... I will not go buy expensive shoes there AGAIN ... noooo

I am the most excellent service at the Running Room! I was getting back into running after 5 years and used to always buy my shoes at big box stores like Nike. At the running room in Moncton, they asked me my running goals, what terrain I trained on , and examined my gait.
She gave me a few suggestions based on that and I must say I found the most comfortable pair of running shoes I’ve ever worn!

I am admittedly a sneakerhead, though I've never owned a pair of running shoes before because I didn't run. Now that I've taken on recreational running, I was left baffled and confused by the wide diversity of brands, styles and specific purpose of certain shoes. Upon entrance at the running room, I was kindly greeted by the employee, Kim, who was helping another customer with selecting shoes. This location is rather small, with about 15% dedicated to footwear, and the rest dedicated to exercise relates clothing and footwear related accessories. After Kim was done with her customer, she might kindly asked me how she could help me. I explained that I've never bought running shoes before, and needed to he fitted for something specific to my foot style and pronation. She had me take off my shoes, and walk back and fourth in order to evaluate this. After doing so, she provided me a suggestion of appropriate footwear for my specific needs. After trying on numerous pairs of shoes, I walked out with a pair of shoes and a pair of socks. After 1 run I couldn't be happier with my shoes.

My husband and I went in to each buy a new pair of running shoes but ended up leaving to buy some online because the lady serving us was extremely rude. I overheard the next customers being served saying how snappy the employee was with them too.They have the best selection of running shoes around but they have terrible customer service (I've had the same experience at least 3 times over the last few years). We usually buy our running shoes there to support local stores, but if their customer service doesn't get any better, we'll continue buying online.

Very rude sales person(older lady). Didnt seem to want to help us. Was more worried about inventory boxes strewn around the store. Based upon the reviews and referal we expected more. Being runners for 2 decades we have never experienced such rude behavior. Ver disappointing
