So unprofessional went to teller Christine, charge me $15 dollars without letting me know from my account, atleast if their are charges they should let me know about it before deducting my money from my account.

This place is outrageous for customer service.
Two tellers most days while 20 in line.
Not very friendly.
Emailed in french for my business, asked to be spoken to in English and completely ignored after that.

Bank shows open for sep 30th. Went at 3 pm but it’s closed. Very disappointed.
