i would give 0 star if possible. really terrible experience. The assistant manager Erin Black treated my friend badly. Shut the door infront of my friend and said she doesnt want to talk to my friend when confronted with explanation.I couldnt believe it. She deserves to be fired for that!!!. That wasnt normal. That assistant manager is definitely destroying Scotiabank’s name. Bad customer service!!!

The absolute worst bank in Atlantic Canada. The security guard was sitting down on customer chairs and texting. Waited in line for half an hour while 2 tellers had please wait signs up. Taking my business elsewhere. Done with Scotia Bank PERIOD

Slow slow and slow. Understaffed and too slow. Shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to see someone about banking needs. Standing in the line now and will be closing my accounts - this is ridiculous.

Worst customer service, been waiting for more than 30 min didn't even attend me or say hello. Ladies were busy discussing their weekend plans. They didn't deserve to sit at customer service desk!!!!!!!

Very sad I go to the ATM at around 5am to take money out and they have restricted hours on the ATM. I go across the road to the royal who has no restrictions.....I'm clearly with the wrong bank.....you really need to do better scotia

This branch is always very busy with a line up. There is one knowledgeable and kind teller I always hope to get as she put a note in my file to use my chosen name instead of my legal one. This seemingly small act demonstrates customer respect and has made my banking experience 100x better!

Lady with short hair very rude and not looking to visit this branch any more I feel racism here from that lady this is my 2 nd time experience and she is not knowledgeable enough as well

I was there yesterday for update my status And their staff lady i don’t know her name because she doesn’t have her name tag but she was skinny senior lady with boy cut told me its almost 5 and u are here to update your status she was so rude while still 20 min left to close bank. her expression were so bad towards me when i gave her my documents to update my information she took so long her co worker tried to help her she was like i can do when she can’t then their manager karen help her how to update that this bank need to trained their staff to do their job correctly rather than to be rude with customers and tell them what is customer service it was just 10 mins job she she told me u r late she was really racist.

I got statement stamped with date for other bank 3 months ago i thought i can go in this bank and ask for statement lady told me that i have to pay $15 for one month of bank statement. Like seriously, i went to RCB and they gave it to me in 5 min without charging a single $

After waiting 30 minutes I was told they would put me thru to the right department and put on hold after waiting I had two more representatives tell me they would put me thru to the right representative at which time I exploded and told them I was not going on hold any more and hung up. Great way to run a business!!!

Visiting from out of province and found staff cold and unpleasant. At least my transaction was completed.Do not recommend and glad I’ll never have to visit again.
