Disappointing, third class staff.
To keep the washrooms locked and then tell the customers they are occupied! Never ever came across such a pathetic practice.

Horrible experience, the cashier said that washroom is already occupied and did not allowed us to use it.

Just visit this location and wanted to use washroom. The workers simply do not let the customers use the washroom under the pretext that it is occupied. But it was clear nobody inside. Very rude staff.
