I recently visited the gas station on Shediac Road and, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience with the lady who was working oh sorry not just working even own the store. I think her name is Ramyadevi something I was shocked by the rude and offensive comments directed toward me. Despite us both being of Indian heritage, she made discriminatory remarks and was extremely disrespectful, saying things like, “You people don’t even know how to fill gas.”
I understand that everyone has tough days, but there’s simply no excuse for speaking to customers in such an unkind and offensive manner. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures that customers are treated with basic respect in the future.

Beware , the girl working there won’t let you use the washroom if you are not buying anything or filling the tank, despite being a regular customer!!!!

Girl working is just rude for lack of a better word. I had to go to washroom I went in door was locked so I asked for the key. I'm on break so I don't have a lot of time. There was no one in the washroom I waited almost 10 minutes before knocking to confirm there was no one there. I wasn't the only person she told to wait. If you don't want people using your bathroom put a sign. Don't waste my time.

Service has gone 100% downhill since new ownership recently - they fired all the locals and hired their own, really disappointing. I'll be avoiding this place at all cost, it lost it's "small community gas bar" vibe

I went to this gas station. I am shell regular customer. If I fill up gas they give me key if or else they lie about it that it's out of order.

I google it at 11:00 pm and it’s saying open 24 hours. When I came to the gas station it’s closed!!! And I have 17 km left to empty tank. Be aware:(

Hi,
I hope this review finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience at your store, which was quite disappointing.
As a regular customer and Aircab driver, I often stop by to fill up on gas. I have been coming here from almost last two years. But in recent months, when I go there I see the same lady working there and she never greets me and seems unapproachable. Unfortunately, Same thing happened today she does not greet me and then I think it’s her job to tell me that the pos is taking some time this morning but she doesn’t say anything. So I am waiting at the terminal for like couple of minutes to pay but it’s not showing anything. When I politely inquired about a possible issue with the payment terminal, she raised her voice unexpectedly and became visibly upset.
Feeling uncomfortable, I went to my car to retrieve cash. In the meantime so called cops on me, I am a regular customer there and cab driver do you really think I was going to run away. It was disheartening to be treated this way, especially since I’ve always appreciated the respectful service from your other staff members.
The register ID is 001, and the operator’s name is Kam, according to my receipt but didn’t have a name tag on her shirt so I don’t know her name. I hope you can address this matter, as I value your store and the service I usually receive.

Tried out the car wash here for my first time. What a waste of money that was. I asked for my money back but he said no. He gave me another code for the car wash, I said, "What good would that be to me. Pictures were taken after I got out of the car wash.UPDATEI did contact Shell Customer Service. They contacted the owner,, and they called me with an Apology.Also, I did get my $$ back..Thanks Shell.

Terrible service from Harman who him and his boss aren’t aware of the scanning code of practice. I will be contacting the condition bureau for a complaint as the 2 people (guy at the store and manager on the phone wouldn’t help me)

Terrible staff lately. Poor customer service, no knowledge of what they're selling; especially when it comes to tobacco products and listed sales. Overall prices on items are higher than most other Shells
