I came in to buy a case of paper and the merchandising was a complete mess. Signs were not on the proper place, barcodes on the signs didn’t match any product, signage was falling down and blocking the bay. To top it off, there wasn’t a single employee around to offer any assistance. Small wonder that on one of the busiest shopping days of the year, this store was nearly empty.

I stop in for the odd tech need or craft product. My most recent visit left me annoyed and confused. Not a single person working in the phone department acknowledged me. The 2 people working were both standing looking at their phones or the computer infront of them. I ended up googling the phone cord & block for my new iPhone 15, paid at the front and left. Missed opportunity to upsell me on other needs. I’ll be looking on Amazon

They cancel online orders with no explanation or feedback sent to the customer. It is very frustrating to attempt to order something multiple times and no one contacts me about my order.

A big shout out to the manager Hailey in the printing section, she went out of her way to make sure that my work gets done and really did more than she needed to make things right for me.
