Do not buy public mobile. TELUS is parent company. As obviously there isn't anywhere we can write anything about public mobile because its not available on Google. How about we just complaint to parents.
First of all you were giving us discount and so I used to get $5 every month discount now after the point drama it's only $1 seriously and that's also the point. Now I bought a new phone from outside canada. It's the latest Samsung S24 Ultra with 5G, but guess what? Your 5G is not working. It's one of the worst services I ever received in canada. That's disappointing. I know it's a canadian monopoly.

Fantastic service from Spencer, who took the time to really listen to my issue and take initiative to get things fixed. Incredible customers service in light of an awful experience with the company and he is the reason for my 5 stars.
I have had and continue to have an awful experience with things being applied wrong to my plan, plans being changed incorrectly and device balances and financing changing with random contract dates and amounts. Hopefully this will be fixed soon, regardless, I have every confidence that Spencer will do all that he can to have it resolved
