Liz and her team were fantastic! We compared brands and prices against multiple stores and ultimately nobody could beat the Brick. They were patient with us as we researched when we didn't have a firm date for our new house. We needed a full appliance package and were given best pricing.Communication on delivery was clear and timely and the delivery team was very courteous and professional.

Went into The Brick today had the best customer service from Ron and Jessica. They explained everything throughly. Extremely friendly ! We bought a new smaller sectional we will definitely bring purchasing all our household furniture and appliances at this location!Thank you for everything!

Dec 28th: This was my first big girl purchase and it was a disappointment to say the least. I bought a washer, dryer and bed less than a year ago. Service was excellent when purchased. The gentleman helping me was very accommodating and sweet. The dryer died after less than a year. I live in the country and Samson wouldn’t come out to fix it. We have been back and forth on the phone and in person to return this dryer. I take care of my nan with a full time job and I have a bad back. I had the odd chance to bring it back with support today. I was told the last time I came in to talk to them that I’d get a refund as no one would come to fix it. I even offered the brick to bring it in myself to get it fixed and that was a no.Once I brought it in today, it took way too much convincing for me to leave it there. I could not bring it home and try again as that would be a while. I still haven’t received my refund and would like to be able to wash clothes again since it’s been a month now.They offered a loaner dryer, but wanted a $250 deposit. I’m confused how leaving my $450 dryer with you with no refund wasn’t enough. I avoided the loaner as I didn’t feel like I would actually get that money back.I’m confused how places like this operate and expect repeat customers. While at the brick this evening, police were called as another customer was upset.My experience shopping there was friendly and kind. It’s sad that this experience for something that should be straight forward has changed my perspective for the company as a whole.With how the world is today, i see how companies have aged horribly when it comes to follow through in regards to basic return experiences. This item was bought within the year and probably only needed a new fuse to be fixed. Instead, this escalated for no understandable reason.No place to bring it to to be fixed.No common sense.This makes it more apparent that these archaic placeholders for commerce will become the zellers and sears of my generation as we commonly give up on hoping that the product we buy will be worth the extra amount for no guarantees.UPDATE: Dec 29thReplying with an email felt sad. I can’t even get anyone to answer a phone. I live 50 min away from Moncton.I was able to speak to a mgmt in the afternoon. They were upset at the google review. I did not mention names or genders. I was upset at the process and did say that the service at the store was good. The irate fashion to which they spoke to me was drawn from this review. They offered me the cost towards a new dryer and was confused to why I didn’t want a new dryer from them. I said I didn’t want to have to deal with this again if it broke down. I could get another dryer and have someone by me fix it. They replied by asking why didn’t I do that in the first place to which I said because it would void the warranty. I said I would just wait for an update on the refund I was earlier promised.Update Dec 30:I call just for an update and received a different manager who was upset about the google review. They started with they are waiting for a reply for the return but explained that I would only get a store credit anyways . “We are going above and beyond” referring to letting us use the cost towards a new dryer. The manner in which this person spoke over me and how they continued to change the solutions was curious. Now after I say no to a new dryer, it can go to Halifax to be repaired? That was never mentioned before. I called the Halifax brick and they were unsure what that mgmt was referring too.I understand that there are different people working day to day and there may be other avenues. The way this went about was disorienting and humiliating. In no way am I comfortable to go back into that store after they way they spoke to me as if the writing on this wall only pertained to them. If a calm and unified approach was used, we would have drove the damn dryer ourselves to where ever to needed to be fixed.

We had a fridge break down on us after just two years. We had issues getting the unit repaired with our warranty so had to buy a new unit. We were pretty unhappy with the situation but the staff at the Moncton location listened to everything I had to say and did their best to send me away happy. Liz sat us down and took care of us and made sure we got what we wanted. Thank you Liz for hearing us out and making this work for us.
