Trinity Collision did a great job repairing my vehicle after an accident, but they went the extra mile by supporting me through additional issues that only became apparent after a few weeks following the repair. They maintained communication between the dealership and my insurance company for several months while the dealership struggled to find a final resolution to the issues. Shout-out to Justin for the compassion, care, and fantastic customer service I received.

After checking at least five different places for a major paint repair on my car, Trinity Collision Centre was by far the one that offered the best price. The service was excellent, and to my surprise, I got my car back much faster than expected, with outstanding results.
I’m very satisfied and would strongly recommend anyone to at least get a quote from them and consider this shop for their car repairs.

To me it was a first. My very first contact with another vehicle in my 40 plus years of driving in my country and here.
It was at an intersection. In my fuddled mind I was surprised and angry at myself for allowing this to happen. Google showed me that Trinity has 5 stars so I went there. I met a pleasant gentleman - Paul Hayes there. Paul calmed me down and assured me that it's going okay. In my mind I was still skeptical. My insurance allows me a rental while my car was undergoing repairs.
4 weeks later I got my car back and I was so impressed with the job! They not only did an amazing body work but also fixed everything mechanical with new parts. All I can say is Thank you Paul, and thank you Trinity!!

(Update: they called in today after seeing my review and said my car was actually ready. It looks good and clean, so I'll change my review from 1 to 3 stars.)
I was told it would take 2-3 days to get my car ready. I called two times a day to check in and they assured me it would be ready on day 3. I'm writing this on day 4 and now they say it will take 5 days.
They don't provide you with any accurate updates. They said it should be ready on day 5, but at this point I know it won't.
I lost so much money because of their lies. Between renting cars and not being able to go to work. If I could go back in time, I would've never gone to this place. I'm so regretful of my decision.

Somebody recently hit my car and left. There was some damage so I took it to Trinity Collision. An estimate was done, photos were taken and parts were ordered. When the parts came in we made an appointment and it was seamless. The rental car had been arranged by them, they said it would be 3 days and it was. The estimate was the actual cost. Everyone was so friendly, punctual and honest. They certainly made a stressful situation much better. (Your receptionist Carmen is amazing.)

I wouldnt recommend trinity collision they did work on my 2017 civic on the driver side towards the rear wheel they told me that they had a rust protection but now it starting to rust and they are saying because it a rust prone spot they will not cover it ....the other side is perfectly fine no rust

Brought my car in after a minor accident. Was told 30 days. On week 3 called for an update and was told the work hadn't even started. 3 months later I get the call the car is ready. Car was in worse shape than it was when I brought it in. Would not take any responsibility for the issues. Had to go to another dealership to get the final repairs done and what they messed up repaired. Dealership could not understand why they deemed the car road ready. Was told was not safe to drive. Overall, took 4 months to get my car back when it was supposed to be done in 1. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Absolutely garbage service.

I had a great experience at Trinity Collision Center. The staff was very friendly and communicated with me in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely return if I ever need any body work done in the future.

Poor customer service and communicationSeveral issues. Very poor service right from the start. I had to call and chase them to get anything done. I had to call ford toGet my own parts ordered. Had to call several times for updates. They ordered the wrong parts. Said I was lying about my washer fluid leaking. They lied about ordering wrong parts and blamed it on ford. I had to go over a second time to get them to double check washer fluid and show them there is infact a leak. Wrong parts ordered. Several delays due to their miscommunication and ordering the wrong parts. Also when it was finally done there were scratches in the passengers door and the manager called me aLiar saying there is no scratches. He did get someone to come clean the door and even they said there are scratches. They buffed it out but we’re not happy about it but they did it. They also lied and said my alignment that was done at the dealer was sent to them and they sent it to insurance and insurance denied it. I called insurance and they the insurance said Trinity collision never sent it to them. So the manager lied to my face. I asked for proof it was sent. He didn’t have it. That’s because they never sent it. Insurance confirmed that for me after the fact. After my complaints to the manager he still charged me for the alignment and told me to pay my bill and get out and was basically arguing with me in their lobby. So many issues. Never again will I use this company and I will be lodging a complaint with the better business bureau and the president. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR AUTO ISSUES. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE AND POOR CUSTOMRR SERVICE.Services: Body & Trim

If I could put a zero stars I would the management working there is totally unprofessional him, saying he never said shut up let me speak when he cut into my grandmother speaking an then after my Nana get home, decided to call and complain to management. He told her he was speaking to her after she complained then proceeded to be rude and saying , I don’t ever wanna deal with you ever again !!
