We were stranded after our car broke down near Moncton NB. Rental cars were nowhere to be found but U-Haul saved the day. Easton at the Main st location was so helpful, easy to work with and got us on our way. Thank you!

Stopped by to buy more boxes today and can't believe the customer service. I'm sure the job is boring at times but I have never encountered the most unmotivated employee ever. Went to pay and the young female slumped with her hand holding her head up asked in the most unmotivated very low voice " what do you have" Told her what I had and not once moved from the same position. Payed and she slid the receipt to me. Not once did her hand move off the mouse during the interaction. Last week when I was at the same store a very helpful employee named Martin was the best. Next time you might want to greet the customer or sit up at least when a customer approaches you. Ask if I found everything I needed and say you're welcome when I say thanks. I felt like I had interrupted her. Whoever is in charge of customer service training, I think you failed with this employee.

Staff was fine BUT the truck could have been cleaner. It smelled like someone took a pee inside the cab of the truck.

Tried to use the self serve option after being told on the app it was available it was not when I went to the store and tied to pick it up. App said to wait for the store to open. Strike 1.
Store did open 15 min late, strike 2, no apologize from the employee who had a condescending attitude and whose customer service skills are not the best, strike 3. Cancelled my rental and went to a different company who has better customer service.

Reserved a truck a month in advance for pick up in Moncton, drop off in Ontario, with tow bar. Hired movers and had a family member fly in to drive the truck. At 5 pm the day before pickup we were told that no truck was available. NO TRUCK. What was the point of reserving. Customer service sucks. If I could give a negative stars I would .

UHaul never surprises with their fraudulent business practices. Went to pickup my one-way reservation, only to be told at the counter the reservation was cancelled. No notice to me. No explanation who cancelled it. Wasted trip all the way to Moncton, tank of gas and half my day. Only to be offered an in-town rental from Fredericton the next day. No credit offered for the now double fuel costs, plus another trip to Moncton. This company should be fined and/or shutdown with their legal monopoly and crooked practices.
