“5 stars for the venue.Excellent atmosphere, sound, etc... for live music. Kind of a dive-y underground feel, but that adds to the charm.Wish I could give 10 stars for management/customer service.My 18 yo son bought online tickets to live show advertised as "all ages", but when we got there found out NB liquor laws outlaw underage attendance after 10 pm. Owner/Manager Joel apologized, quickly refunded our tickets, invited us to watch opening bands no charge, and even got the headlining act to provide an autographed vinyl for my son's collection. The customer service and respect shown by a bar manager to an underage patron was above and beyond expectation. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I know I will.”

“I got an upgrade for being a member which was nice, room was very clean and well maintained. Everyone I dealt with was really friendly and nice. I almost didn’t stay there because of the pictures online but it’s so much nicer in person, I was happy with my experience. Location could be better ”
