The associate named Lisa. Lisa is a dispenser on the curbside pickup team. Her work is efficient. She is hard-working, warm and friendly to customers, actively helpful, and answers questions with good knowledge. Very professional and high-efficient. My order is big, and she drags two carts to quickly provide the delivery service. I am very thankful FOR her great service. She should be rewarded for the hard work! Great thanks to you, Lisa!

Where do I start? For a place that prouds itself for having affordable groceries, the Walmart prices are over the top! I seriously don’t know how people with children can purchase fresh fruits and vegetables, the very basics to nourish growing children. If that’s not bad enough, in the past few weeks the freshness of these products have declined significantly, and the floors in the produce section at the Plaza Blvd location in Moncton are filthy! At this location, there is an infestation of fruit flies through out the entire produce area. Last week, I purchased green bananas and within 3 days they were completely brown. This week I went to pick up a bundle of asparagus, only to disturb several dozens of fruit flies which flew all around me, I put the asparagus back in it’s place. Not long after, witnessing a woman picking up said asparagus, only to watch her putting the bundle back immediately in it’s place. I went to pickup a bag of potatoes, and noticed in the clear part of the plastic bag some more fruit flies. The same happened when I went to pickup a small clam-shell package of tomatoes. Needless to say this was more than unappetizing, and I left without one produce in my cart. I’ll go elsewhere tomorrow to purchase the remainder of my groceries.....wish I took pictures, will update with pics next week!

i'll be honest, don't expect quality from a place like walmart. it's not a good place to start your working experience at (low wages and poor employee training), and they don't have good customer service. it's your average big-chain north american franchise, it's bound to be like that. me and my family don't come to walmart often, we're sometimes just here for the sushi when we can't afford the real thing. the times when we do go, sometimes the employees would bombard us about membership at checkout.when we went to take photos for a passport, the photographer took our photos so badly that when i showed them to some friends that are professional photographers, they offered to do it for us but the government doesn't accept those photos because they're not from "official/government-accepted photo taking places". dude, i can get better photos than this back when i wasn't a canadian and the photographer genuinely knew what he was doing, even told me how to position my head and all as well as lighting for a good, clear photo in official documents. even an immigrant from a second/third world knows that photos for stuff this important should look clear, do they even hire professionals?

I just encountered this cashier named Shailesh, if he told me his right name as he didn't had a name tag, he asked me to give him items to scan and I handed him telling that it's not from this store and he returned back, and started scanning the items I had from walmart. Being a security guard in Vancouver for more than a year, I know my rights and how the protocol works. After my bill came to 130 and I started paying he said I need to see the receipt and the stuff you have from other store, which according to the protocol he could not as he didn't introduce him that he is with loss prevention as he is needed to be with a security company to check my receipt after i asked him that i already have shown you the item when i handed them before and he still ordered not requested in a very rude tone saying that it's a protocol while in fact it is not as they are not entitled to check my receipt unless they sre with Loss Prevention and even then they need to have seen me conceiving items and I have fully left the store. Therefore, I ask walmart to train their employees, especially 'Shailesh' about the customer service as they cannot go on and humiliate customer to show 30 dollars products from other store while I am paying for 130 plus dollars.

Customer experience is terrible! Sarah is pathetic and can definitely use some coaching!I was looking for isobutane and asked for help if they can help me find it. They made me wait for 20+ mins and ended up saying they can’t help! I don’t mind them not having the product or enough expert employees but the attitude towards customers was terrible!!!

The "in store" price looked up online is not the in store price. The item I was after was more money once I got to the store. The store location I looked up online was the exact store I went to. I doubled checked the price online when I returned home. Fake in store prices online.

We visited Walmart in Plaza BLVD, Moncton, NB today at 21:30 pm AST. We were looking for Wheat Flour and found one. We asked an associate to check the price as they were in 2 packs. Associate confirmed that the price is for 2 packs. We reached check out and found out that the price was only for 1 pack. Department Manager came and started arguing with us about it. We didn’t buy the product , not because it was expensive but because how everybody started arguing with us. If you are wrong then accept it and apologize . This is not the way a customer should be treated. We felt bad and may not go back again. Pathetic experience

Seriously wth is this. Every time I buy the great value brand. There’s literally a joke. I get your trying to make profits, but to leave a literal hole in the cream cheese isn’t helping us. I’m taking this to corporate.

This store rarely has what you want in stock. So many empty shelves. Need a certain type of cereal? Not in stock. I went looking for lasagna 2x in 3 days and not in stock. I was also looking for Armour All for the car. Not in stock It's a dirty store that smells and doesn't look clean. It is like something in a 3rd world country. I'm ready to turn away from Wally World for good.

Compared to other Walmart locations, this store feels like it's missing a lot of things. It looks huge, but is actually quite small once you're inside. I guess it has the bare necessities but I really feel like I'm walking around a stuffy (crowded) warehouse than an actual store.Staff have been fine but I wish walmart would stop trying to pressure people into signing up for their MC all the time. Give them a break! The self checkout machines already ask people!Another complaint I have (and seems to be the same issue with any location) is the lack of pricing on the palette items (example: bathroom tissue, soft drinks, cases of water, etc). You'll have pricing on the metal shelves above it, but there is no pricing on what is below. 2023 and we haven't found a solution to this?

Thinking about affordability, yeah..It is Walmart. Recently, since September,2022. The pickup for online orders has been so hectic. Longer wait times are unnecessarily created by staff. The only time I have a hitch free pick is when Shelly is available. Friendly, hardworking, enthusiastic, and so committed to her job. If I can select who gives me my order, I will pick her 100/100 times.
