The ATM was out of Canadian money. How bad at managing money does a bank have to be to run out of dollar bills?

Went in because I needed a replacement card . There was one man in front of me , the teller worked on the client 40 minutes. Three other bankers were there and watched me sit and wait 40 minutes before I was taken care of .
I've never seen anything like it
I will be closing my accounts within the month

Friendly, helpful staff to help you with your banking needs. ATM both inside and drive thru. Mortgages, certified cheques, and bank drafts are available.
