I visited your store today looking for a seasonal item for a Christmas present. Entering the store i was greeted by a cashier who was extremely pleasant. Then someone that was getting ready to leave for home asked if they could help me and my husband, it appeared she was going for lunch or leaving so we said that was not problem we would check with someone else, she mention this was no problem she would help. She checked to see if the item was available online and noticed you had 4 in stock. This truly upset her and the cashier mentioned to her the isle # where the item was.This then turned out to go badly. She stormed to isle complaining loudly that even some staff asked each other what was the problem with her. Coming back to the check out with the item she asked (where is she I'm going home) I have been in your store several times and had nothing but great service and pleasant staff. This experience for us was embarrassing to say the least. The young on cash that cashed us out was amazing, I apologized to her. I know you do not sell many of these this time of the year but it was the Maple Syrup starter kit.. Christmas gift for my daughter.

Just a nice little hometown store with that neighborhood feel. We loved the variety of items they carried from different artisans and higher end items like La Cruset. Very friendly!

Very friendly, knowledgeable team! I went in there thinking I had the full list of everything I needed for my project but Darren helped me and let me know of a few things I was missing but wasn't rude about it. He also offered suggestions to help me complete my project better. They even called and asked if they could deliver my order a day early! Thank you to everyone at Roblynn Home Hardware! I will definitely return there again!

The staff is great but the owner doesn't respond back with a quotes after multiple emails and drop ins. Everyone screams "buy local" but you can't buy what you can't quote. Don't waste your time here, visit a bigger box store for consiatant service.
